Products and descriptions
Please read the product description before ordering. Features described as awaiting confirmation are not confirmed specifications. Contact us before ordering if you require a particular feature or compatibility. Images illustrate the product; your statutory rights where goods do not match their description are unaffected.
Placing an order
Orders are placed in English. Add your chosen item to the basket, review the items, delivery details and total, correct any errors, and select a payment method at checkout. Placing an order creates an obligation to pay. We will email confirmation of your order; please contact us promptly if any details are incorrect. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before payment. For Smart Specs M007, the current price is £72 plus £8 delivery (£80 total). Available payment methods are shown at checkout. No optional paid extras will be added without your consent.
Delivery
For Smart Specs M007, estimated delivery is up to 3 working days for handling followed by up to 11 working days in transit, up to 14 working days overall. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays. Check the product page and checkout for the delivery estimate applicable to your order. Please contact us if your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged. Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or someone you nominate to receive them.
Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within a further 14 days. You do not need to give a reason. Email mat@otooles.shop with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the returns address, return postage, refund times and full details. This does not limit your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faulty goods and complaints
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is wrong, contact us with your order number and details of the problem. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains the remedies available. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.
Using camera glasses
Use products safely and follow the instructions supplied. Respect other people’s privacy and obtain appropriate permission before recording. Do not use features in a way that distracts you from driving or other activities requiring your attention.
